Vladimir and Hector, two secret agents opposed in every way, are trying to recover a top secret material stolen by unknown intruders. The pair will have to work together to save the planet from the threat. Vladimir, a spy cat, is assigned to guard a top-secret cargo with his cowardly partner, Hector the rat. However, when unknown criminals steal the cargo, the duo has to adventurously retrieve it.
